- Will service at Elite European Motors void my manufactures warranty?
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, says no. In fact, it's illegal for a dealer to deny your warranty coverage simply because you had routine maintenance or repairs performed by someone else. Routine maintenance often includes oil changes, tire rotations, belt replacement, fluid checks and flushes, new brake pads, and inspections. Maintenance schedules vary by vehicle make, model and year; Elite European Motors can provide documented service records to make sure warranty conditions are maintained.
- Are your technicians certified?
Elite European Motors technician are manufacture certified and maintain certification renewal to keep current on latest manufacture technology and seervice techniques.
- My Check Engine light came on , what does this mean?
When you see the check engine light illuminated in your dash, it means your Mercedes-Benz has detected a problem within its OBD system.
The Issue could be associated with one or more of the following issues:
- Loose gas cap
- Faulty fuel injector
- Blown gasket heads
- Faulty oxygen sensors
- Cracked and loose hoses
- Faulty mass air flow sensor
- Worn out spark plugs and wiring
- Emission control system malfunction
- Can I provide my own parts for a repair?
We recommend the use of genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts as well as other genuine manufacture parts, however we do allow clients to bring in there own parts. Customer supplied parts do not recieve our labor or part warranty, therefore if a customer supplied part fails, Elite will not cover removing a replacing the customer supplied part.

Although Elite does not provide service loaners, We can get you to a local rental car office. Additionally, we can arrange transportation to and From the Morgan Blvd Metro station.
